Shipping

When will my order ship?

  • RTS items ship within 1-4 business days
  • Custom orders ship within 5-10 business days
  • Ordering both RTS & customs, they will both ship when your custom order is finished

How long does shipping take?

  • Priority mail is 2-4 business days (estimated, not exact)
  • Ground advantage is 5-9 business days (estimated, not exact)
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be uploaded after they have been scanned at drop off.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Orders over $60 will ship for free, no code needed. These orders are shipped via USPS ground advantage.

Lost, stolen or damaged items

  • ArtxRita is not responsible for lost (mis-delivered) or stolen packages. 
  • Once package is marked “delivered” and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the delivery service provider.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return an item?

  • All sales are FINAL.
  • We do not accept returns! If there happens to be a problem with your order please email within 3 days after delivery date!

Can I exchange for a different item?

  • We don’t offer exchanges. If you are truly unhappy with an item please contact within 3 days after your order was delivered.

Tie Dye Apparel

Will the dye fade?

  • No! We use fiber reactive dyes that bond with the fabric to last wash after wash without fading.

Is there special washing instructions?

  • Every tie dye order comes with a care card!
  1. Turn garment inside out
  2. Machine wash on cold
  3. Do not use bleach & avoid fabric softener
  4. Dry on low-medium heat or hang dry
  5. If you have a shirt with a transfer on it, do not iron that area
